SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at shop.winchestercreekfarm.com. (“we, us, ours”) Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

*Shipment cost depends on delivery location. The shipping cost you see at checkout is assuming the package weighs 5 pounds in a 10” W x 10" H x 10” L box size.

*Free shipping is available on purchases of $75 or more.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

WHERE WE SHIP TO

We ship only to addresses within the U.S. (excluding territories).

 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

DAMAGES

We are not liable for any products damaged due to negligence of the carrier or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange (with certain exceptions). Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 60 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with no signs of wear, and with all original tags, labels, and packaging attached. Original receipt must be included.

Please note, returned merchandise must be received before any exchanges, store credit, or refunds will be applied.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please go to "My Account" on the website to start the return process. Feel free to email customer service at sales@winchestercreekfarm.com for any help. Place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. If the product is damaged or if we shipped you the wrong product, we will reimburse you for shipping cost. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return for a refund. Please allow at least 2-3 business days from the date we receive your item. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

STORE CREDIT

If you would like to receive store credit in lieu of a refund, you can contact us to let us know you are returning a product. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return for store credit. Please allow at least 2-3 business days from the date we receive your item. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only available if the product is damaged, is the wrong size (applies to apparel only) or is the wrong product. Please contact us to let us know what product you would like to exchange for. We will only exchange items that have same value as any that you return. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return for an exchange. Please allow at least 2-3 business days from the date we receive your item. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: holiday products, discontinued products, and clearance products.
